Shipping policy

We know you’re excited to receive your KURA order, so we do our best to get it on its way quickly.

Orders are typically shipped the same business day whenever possible, or within 1 business day.

Shipping within Canada is a flat $9.99 CAD per order, and shipping to the United States is a flat $12.99 CAD per order.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days within Canada and 5–8 business days to the United States.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or deliveries to remote locations. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
